I had it running all night, but it still felt warm in there by morning. I kept expecting it to cool the room off more, but it just didn’t really get there.

So, I had an issue with my unit after a few months, and I reached out to klimtechs.com about the warranty, just to see what could be done. It did take, like, a little bit of time to get a reply, but the support person was nice and, you know, explained clearly what info they needed from me.
In the end, they got it sorted out, and I really didn’t have to keep chasing them or anything like that. It wasn’t totally perfect, I guess, but overall it was good service and I was happy enough with how it turned out.

The chair felt comfortable when I first sat in it, and setup was easy enough. That said, I’m kind of picky about back support, and after a few hours my back starts to feel tired. It’s not a bad chair, just not quite up to my personal standard for all-day comfort.

I’ve been using this every day and it’s still holding up really well. No issues at all so far, and I’m happy with it!
